Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of Mindset AI Tasks on the web and in the mobile app. Your organisation’s agreement with Mindset also applies; if the two differ, that agreement wins.

Your account

• Your organisation gives you access. Keep your password and any two-factor codes to yourself.
• Tell your administrator or us straight away if you think someone else has used your account or if you lose a device signed in to the app.
• Your administrator can change your access or remove your account.

Using the service

• Use it for your organisation’s work and in line with its policies and the law.
• Only upload content you are allowed to share. Do not upload malware or try to get around security or access controls.
• AI features can make mistakes. Check AI-generated summaries and suggestions before relying on them.

Content

Content you add belongs to you or your organisation. You allow Mindset to store and process it only to run the service. See the privacy policy for how personal data is handled.

Availability

We work to keep the service available and secure, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We may update or change features over time.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, responsibility between Mindset and your organisation is set out in your organisation’s agreement.
